The Alamo Heights project is a 150-unit apartment project with 5,100 square feet of retail located in Alamo Heights, Texas. The project will consist of a four-story wood framed apartment building situated on top of two and a half level, partially subterranean, concrete parking structure. The development is located on approximately 1.46-acres at the convergence of Broadway Avenue and Austin Highway in Alamo Heights, TX (which is a fully incorporated city located approximately 4 miles north of the San Antonio CBD). Proposed project amenities include a resident club room, , a swimming pool overlooking the adjacent City park, fitness center, business center, conference room and a newly improved City park located at the doorstep of the south facing units of the project. In addition to on-site amenities, residents are also able enjoy walkable dining options to include Local Coffee and Paloma Blanca, both of which are less than a five-minute walk from the project. Anticipated unit amenities will include simulated wood flooring, granite countertops, pendant lighting, stainless steel appliances, and gas cooking ranges. The building will be access controlled at all primary entrances as well as LEED Certified when complete.
